very poor photos quality after a year?

I wasn't using camera much so I'm not even sure when did it start but now, after a year of use, the photos quality is very poor.
That's what I get on a clear sunny day -



The phone never was unlocked and always had a latest standard software.

Does anyone else get that and what can be done?
